Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Minister P K Sekarbabu and veteran lyricist Vairamuthu inauguarated Ramki IAS Academy at Anna Nagar in Chennai.
Popular for its online classes since 2017, Ramki IAS Academy opened the new centre at 13th Main Road in Anna Nagar, paying heed to requests from students and civil services aspirants. Professional coaching by experts and personalised attention are the highlights of the institute, aimed at making commoners as achievers.
According to its founder Ramakrishnan, “I was aiming to become an IPS officer, but unfortunately i have lost my attempts to clear the exam. So I wanted to guide & provide proper coaching to aspirants like me. Ramki IAS Academy was born out of this vision.”
Students of this institute who get selected for civil services can get their fees refunded. This is one of the unique and salient features of Ramki IAS Academy.
Sushmoan, the director of the academy, says experts from various fields and civil service officials will coach students to make them clear the UPSC exam with confidence and without any fear. Importance will be given to practical sessions.
The academy focuses on the comprehensive understanding of civil service exam at all three levels- Prelims, Mains and Personality Test. Approach to these three levels varies with specific skills required to clear them.
